Comprehensive evaluation
Your first visit is a 60-90 minute exam. We go through your dental and medical history, assess your teeth, gums, jawbone, and bite, and take high-quality photos along with CBCT imaging so we can see what the bone will support. Your prosthodontist reviews the findings with you one-on-one and explains whether All-on-X is the right fit. You leave with a treatment plan, a cost estimate, and a timeline for the full arch.

A full arch rebuilds your bite, your face, and your smile at once, so it’s designed by a prosthodontist. Dr. Arif Sumar is a Canadian board-certified specialist in prosthodontics (BSc, DMD, FRCDC) with a Certificate of Advanced Study from the University of Pittsburgh and more than 5,000 implants restored. Dr. Alisha Amlani (BDS, CAGS) completed her advanced prosthodontic training at Boston University and teaches at the University of Alberta.
